If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days as long as the product has not been used, and is in its original "new" condition. All exchanges must be received within 14 days of a purchase. All returns must be received within 14 days of original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed with in 2-3 business days (mon-fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping and in some rare cases a restocking fee. All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to rollerskate.com. In the event of an error on our behalf we will issue a pre-paid return label via-email for return shipment.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING FEE OF $25 PER ITEM. All items must be returned in the shipping box they arrived in. We do not accept returns on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. DO NOT SHARPEN ANY ICE SKATE. SHARPENED SKATES ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

To return items please follow these steps:

1. Please put the item back in its original package, and include the copy of the packing slip for reference. For the protection of our customers we do not file any credit card numbers, so be sure to include a copy of your original order to ensure a timely refund.
2. All returned items will require a Return Authorization Number. Please EMAIL US FOR ANY RETURNS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN RA NUMBER. We can be reached at sales@rollerskate.com . We will then contact you back shortly. To ensure that all returns are processed correctly we will not accept returns that do not have a visible Return Authorization Number.

At rollerskate.com, we try to offer the highest quality skating equipment at the best possible price. We do have the following restrictions:

• Price match is on "at your house". Some competitors with lower prices charge high ammounts for shipping to make it look like a good deal. Our shipping is based strictly what it costs to get the item to your door.
• Price differences must be significant enough to make it a good deal (pennies lower is not enough of a deal to cover for quality of service
• The item must be in stock and the exact same model (including size, color, year, etc.)
• This policy does not cover liquidations or bankruptcy sales. (would you trust a company going out of business?)
• Closeouts or discontinued items are generaly not included in the guarantee, but there are exceptions to this case and every request is reviewable
• We will only match items that are advertised
• "Call for price" items are not included in our guarantee
• Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. If an order has been made for a product whose pricing and/or availability has been changed, the customer will be contacted to inform him/her of the changes.

ships via UPS / USPS throughout the continental US. Our shipping charges are based on the shipping method you select at checkout as well as the items in your shopping cart. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. To find out the shipping costs or to compare prices simply add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Input your ship to address and select the method! You can always go back and change the service. Most orders leave our warehouse in one to three business days. Of course some orders do take longer, so if you need your order by a certain day please call us prior to ordering.

All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing time. Expedited or Air shipping will not decrease your order processing time.
